Consent to collection and use of personal information (required)

• Purpose: receiving membership applications, eligibility review, notice of results, member management
• Items: required – name, phone / optional – email, company or organization name, reason for joining
• Applications not approved or rejected: kept for 1 year after processing is completed, then destroyed without delay.
• Approved member information: kept for member management until withdrawal or end of membership.
• Where a law requires a separate retention period, that period applies first.
• You may refuse consent, but the application cannot then be submitted.
